He has been able to merge this value with his passion for medicine and find satisfaction in serving underserved populations at his local free clinic! One of Aryan's favorite MathCounts memories was last year when one student he taught was interested in mycology but didn't know why had to learn math to succeed in her career. Aryan worked with her for two sessions and helped her gain a newfound appreciation and motivation for the subject. A few weeks later, Aryan remembers how excitedly she showed him her first "A" of the year! S
